RETURNS POLICY

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, please return them to us within 14 working days of receipt. Please return all goods unused and in the same condition and packaging as they were sent to you. Please complete the return form that accompanies your goods (we may be unable to refund or exchange goods sent with no proof of purchase). Please note that a returned parcel is your responsibility until we receive it and we recommend that you obtain proof of purchase. Should you wish to return or exchange any item, please fill in your details, attach the pre-paid return label that is included within your paperwork and send back to us, where your refund or exchange will be duly processed.
